I've just bought an S4 without the sports diff and I want to retrofit it. Wiring wise do I only need the diff harness, diff computer, and the long canbus wires to the front, or do I need any more wiring for it to work? Fitting the diff and shorter axles is the easy part to figure out. :p

My wife just bought me this same truck, I'm going to binge this series since I'm excited to get working on it 😂 did you have to replace the gas tank? Or was it a preference?

hey did you ever see big heat soak before you got the intercooler? I plan on tuning mine before getting the intercooler its already hitting 20's where I live rn figured it would forsure b good for a couple months until I get the intercooler

i know this is an old video, but ive ben wanting to do this since my buddies white s line b8 got totaled. we did bags, bs4 brakes, wheels and a few other odds and ends to the stock car that was owned by anther friend. easiest hardest car to work on! i cant wait to do this to my 2018 allroad

I need help with my swap I’m at the end of the project the rear sport diff wiring smh

I’m in the middle of swapping a s5 engine and trans into my A5 everything good so far but the rear diff is the issue now how did you plug those wires I removed the rear diff harness off the S5 and the entire rear diff but don’t know where to plug them

Did it end up working out the rear diff?

It makes great fluffy eggs if you line it with butter and cook it longer. It’s a shame you tossed it.

Wow, you guys did an awesome job restoring that old bull nose Ford, I did exactly the same thing on the motor rebuild on my brick nose back in the spring, I would love to do the full restoration like you guys did, absolutely beautiful truck. If I ever do get it done, I don’t think I would ever be able to sale it though.

I put the same roofing material across the floor, but also up the back, then under the door panels.. amazing sound deadening. I found a gauge cluster at a salvage yard, with tachameter.. odometer only 2k off mine. While cleaning the inside of the bezel, I painted the faded orange gauge hands blue.

Does the tcm have component protection on it?
